Horrible service. Engine overheating so left at dealership for diagnosis. Told no loaners. There’s an “emergency list” but I won’t move on it until repairs authorized Engine overheating so left at dealership for diagnosis. Told no loaners. There’s an “emergency list” but I won’t move on it until repairs authorized so I had to rent a car on my own dime. After next day diagnosis I authorized repairs but asked that they also confirm if covered under extended warranty. It’s been 1.5 weeks and zero follow up. Won’t return calls. Finally called and was told emergency list has 50 people so I won’t get a car. And worse ZERO concern that I’m in a holding pattern and paying for a rental. So much for luxury car. I love my car but can’t buy another because the dealership is so awful. More
Ana Gallegos is the WORST! !!! I regret ever buying a car from this location. If you need any help with your car after purchase, don’t expect this location to help or care. I sp !!! I regret ever buying a car from this location. If you need any help with your car after purchase, don’t expect this location to help or care. I spent 4 months trying to contact Ana regarding picking up my spare key. She never cared nor responded back to my emails at a timely manner. For example, I reached out in November and received a response a month later. This happened not once, but 3 times back to back. I’m extremely disappointed and will never buy a Land Rover again! Lexus was WAY BETTER!! More

Also - DO NOT buy any of the add-ons they offer. The crystalfusion protection does not stand behind the product. My insurance was better at covering a chip/run. More
For a “luxury” car dealership they are the worst. I have had fords in the past that are more on top of their game when it comes to service. This dealership is excellent at getting you in a car but I have had fords in the past that are more on top of their game when it comes to service. This dealership is excellent at getting you in a car but After that it’s all downhill. I have been waiting since June for my car to get a repair and it’s not The first time it’s a pattern with them. Always behind never a quick fix and we’ll absolutely no service no return calls no response from Emails. They are the absolute worst. First Purchase and last it’s not worth the $$ you pay if you have to always deal with crap like this for a overrated car that doesn’t hold up between recalls parts being faulty and parts never in stock or simply just so slammed they aren’t ever prepared, staffed, and/or all of the a above. Service Manager like any manager sets the tone and is of absolute no help with a major defensive attitude. More
This has been such an uphill battle with Land rover of Dallas. The service center is filled with bare minimum enthusiasm and less than capable technicians. I don't know where or when Land rover decided to Dallas. The service center is filled with bare minimum enthusiasm and less than capable technicians. I don't know where or when Land rover decided to make customer service last on the priority list and the only thing that could be less than that is the integrity. I still two days in waiting for a call back from a service advisor over an issue I called about months ago just to have the issue come up again and be told its out of warranty. The system was fixed at Land Rover Dallas earlier this year and doesn't interact with any other parts of the car. I don't have anything nice to say about this location its been such a terrible used car dealership experience and they at least own up to that. Buy and service your car elsewhere. These people clearly aren't worried about your car or their work ethic. More
I purchased a RR Sport from Nick Patel, which was a total nightmare transaction. Nick is very unorganized and unprofessional. I have had better experiences at an entry level car brand dealer; I should have n nightmare transaction. Nick is very unorganized and unprofessional. I have had better experiences at an entry level car brand dealer; I should have never purchased a car with LRD. Since my purchase, I have also had a poor experience with service, so now I drive all the way to DFW and enjoy Park Place's customer service experience. I would not waste your time going to this dealership, as they could care less about you as a customer and your experience will most certainly not be a premium one. More
I've been purchasing CPO vehicles for decades, and apparently I trusted the CPO certification standards too much, and the tires lasted less than two months. This is my 3rd Range Rover and tires lasted apparently I trusted the CPO certification standards too much, and the tires lasted less than two months. This is my 3rd Range Rover and tires lasted well over 50,000. My bad for not looking more closely at the tire tread. I purchased them at the bare minimum of the CPO eligibility, and lasted less than 2 months. And the reason I noticed was that the driver massage seat failed and had to take in for a repair and was reported back that the tire tread was 3/32" on both rear tires and 4/32" and 5/32" on the front tires. CPO eligibility is 5/32" at a minimum, which they claimed this vehicle had met (I still do not believe I burned through 2/32" in less than 2 months and 2000 miles). Most dealerships I've purchased from will elevate their standards further than the manufacturer standards, but apparently not LR Dallas. That being said, my salesperson, David C, was a pleasure to deal with. More

I called them on Wednesday to be told John Anthony had been sick so the service department hadn't started on my vehicle. John Anthony told me my vehicle shoud be ready by next Monday or Tuesday. I call the Wednesday, Diego told me my vehicle was done since John Anthony was sick again. Drove almost home and the check engine light came on again. Drove back and picked it up again on Saturday. Didn't even get a mile down the road and the check engine light was on again. I took it to a local repair shop. Turns out the dealership didn't put a hose back on but everything else checked out. Poor communication and poor service. Don't go here if you want your vehicle actually fixed. More
