It was a very nice dealership, very nice people. I think their “no hassle” negotiation policy was pretty stale minded but it’s true I guess … the people who can afford those cars dont really negotiate. their “no hassle” negotiation policy was pretty stale minded but it’s true I guess … the people who can afford those cars dont really negotiate. I really enjoy the professionalism from your staff! The only issue I have is that you no longer take military discount! I served 24 honorable years! only issue I have is that you no longer take military discount! I served 24 honorable years! More

Sales Rep told us that if we had a maintenance issue, all we had to do was call and they would pick up our car & drop off a loaner. Dec. 2021 With only 60,000~ miles the car's engine light came on while my wife was on her way to work & the vehicle went into restricted power mode. We called the dealership for help, given that it was under warranty & they immediately referred us to Jaguar for a tow. We asked if they could drop off a loaner & to our surprise, they immediately said no. They informed us that they didn’t have any cars due to COVID. Not only were they rude, but also combative in discussion. When I asked for other concessions, the rep said we were not the only people with that problem & the dealership would not do anything. They again referred us back to Jaguar. Not to mention During closing, the finance rep nor the GM were aware of the military tax exempt laws for SC, a prominent military area. The GM asked us to sign two contracts, one with the taxes included and one without so that they could shred the incorrect contract the next day. I informed them that I was not comfortable with that & asked them to cut a refund check for $500.00 after they were able to research the laws the next day. The GM agreed to that in writing. After several phone calls & emails, we finally received the refund 2.5 months later. I was thankful Jaguar Land Rover of Charlotte took the car in for maintenance. Jaguar has offered us up to 45$ (a day) of reimbursement for a rental, but as you probably know, rentals are way more expensive than that. Needless to say, this has been very unpleasant experience as we are currently paying for luxury vehicle we can’t use. More
