They didn’t have any loaners so for 4 hours, I just sat. I live an hr and 15 minutes away so I couldn’t call a friend or family member for a ride. I chose to purchase a luxury vehicle because I thought I would get treated like royalty during service appointments (like at the Lexus dealerships I visited before deciding to purchase a Rover). I would love to give them 5 stars. And if it weren’t for the long wait and lack of loaners, I would. Come on Land Rover!! More
