She communicated with me and then my wife by phone, text, email and fax and by one o'clock we were on our way to Columbia to pick up our new Land Rover. When we arrived four hours later, we were greeted warmly from every person at the dealership. Ms. Chandler had everything in place for us to make a seamless transaction.
