THIS VIST was an absolute nightmare! ! I was going out of town, so I booked my appointment well in advance for my oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at Landrover before my appointmen ! I was going out of town, so I booked my appointment well in advance for my oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at Landrover before my appointment on 02 Dec 2024. I discussed with Charleston, the service advisor why I was there. He told me to hang out in the waiting area while he printed some paperwork. Later he presented me with this long lengthy list of items for 63K service (My car only has 54K miles), that resulted in over a $2000 bill. I initially said no to the work and wanted the oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers (that I asked for in January and did not get). Eventually, I agreed to service work BUT explained to Charleston that there was nothing wrong with my key fog. I received a loaner. However, before leaving, I asked Charleston to please call the warranty company to get authorization for payment of the oil change and tire rotation. I literally told Charleston that when I brought my car in for service in January 2024, that the service guy was too sorry to call the warranty company so I had to pay out of my pockets and then get reimbursed. (Linda, who no longer works there, would call and get authorization for payment). While out, Charleston called and stated that they could not honor the warranty for the oil change. He was saying that the dealership is under new ownership. I asked him what does that have to do with me. I vented my frustration and informed Charleston that I purchased the vehicle in good faith and expected the warranty to be honored. I further stated that this should have been stated as a disclosure when I made the appointment. Needless to say, I was pissed. Around 1218, conveyed same frustration to Katherine, the service director. Enroute back to dealership, I was able to connect Charleson up with a rep at Fidelity Warranty so that my oil change could be paid for! Later, Charleston comes to the waiting room to let me know that he knew the rep at the warranty company because has worked with him through a previous dealership. (I really tried to maintain a positive attitude! I was wondering if they even tried calling the warranty company before they told me that they could honor NOT the warranty…. They did exactly what the service rep did in January… NOTHING… sorry service!) A 2 hour visit turned into a 6.5 hour visit. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour for Charleston to get an email for the warranty company. I informed him that I could not wait any longer. I have never had to wait for an email. Charleston gave me my paper. He tried to explain how they discounted the cost bringing my bill down to approx. $1700. He could not explain it nor is it explained in my bill. A few days later, the day before I am supposed to go out of town, my engine light comes on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND GUESS WHAT, my once happy advisor, Charleston, did not respond back to me about my engine light until late at night…. And when I asked for a loaner…. YOU GUESSED IT!!! They don’t have one!!! I walked away with major frustration, unexplained information (oil/fluid leak/tires), an over charged bill, damaged wheel, and an unexplained engine light!!! Communication (phone system/ text) is SO unreal and unbearable!!! Charleston was the service advisor who became very unfriendly and made things inconvenient for me. I informed him that I was going out of town and I needed a car while they checked out my engine light but informed me that the dealership had no loaners; Joey TEXTED me my multipoint inspection sheet.. not sure why I didn't get it via my email address that I gave to Charleston and Katherine; Katherine only offered 2 days in which I could have gotten my wheel fixed. Did not try to consider that I lived over an hour away! WHERE IS LINDA HUGHES!!!!!! More
I am so disappointed in this dealership. My car has been in for the same issue since I purchased it from them. They keep it for weeks and still not fixed. They will not answer the phone in the service department and the GM was hiding in his office. My car has spent more time in the shop than I have had it. I will never purchase another car from them and would not recommend a Land Rover to anyone. More
Were able to squeeze us in and take care of our problem quickly. Not only that but they went out of their way to contact another dealer to get the service history for our vehicle. Techs were helpful, servi quickly. Not only that but they went out of their way to contact another dealer to get the service history for our vehicle. Techs were helpful, service reps were helpful, even the parts guys took care of us. Highly recommend this dealership for service. More
