Worst Customer Service Huge fan of all Land Rover models. Not a big fan of poor customer service, especially when I spend 50,000+ on a vehicle. When I bring my Cadillac into the dealership I am greeted at my car and walked inside to the person who will be helping me. At Landrover in cherry hill they dont even greet me when i walk in. This is what upset me the most, no one not sales not the receptionist said hello to me and asked if I needed help. I get better customer service at Walmart. At least act like you care, your customers spend a lot of money with you. More

I emailed back with questions and wanting info, she did not respond at all. I sent three emails over four days and she did not respond. My wife really wanted a Rover so we decided to just drive up and take a look at the SVR she wanted. A sales agent approached us while on the floor, answered all our questions, took us on a test drive. The wife was hooked. We started the buying process, he gave us his cell and said they needed a couple days to prep the vehicle. This was a Tuesday, Told us Friday noon was when to come back to take delivery. The next morning Teri Chew started blowing up my email stating the person we were dealing with was off and that we could come in and pick up that day. My wife and i were like that's a little weird. So i texted the individual we dealt with at the dealership and he confirmed he was off and they were a "tight" family at the dealership and if we wanted to get the vehicle not to worry it was in "his" name. I said we will see you Friday at noon. Teri Chew emailed 6 times, 6 times over the next 48 hours, mind you this is the same person that would not answer my emails before purchase. We come in Friday noon, We walk up to the gentleman that had been so helpful and he said Teri will handle your delivery, and walked away. After waiting for 35 min here she comes, acts like everything is right as rain.. Meanwhile the person we thought we were dealing with is shooting us daggers, the tension was xxxxxxxx to the point i was like we should just leave, but the wife wanted the Rover. We take delivery and Teri is showing the wife the vehicle, Mean while I am sitting in the back getting pissed because they said they needed 3 days to detail as i'm looking at cobwebs, everything in the interior is dusty. there is a straw wrapper on the the floor and a ketchup packet under the driver seat. At this point we just want to take our new 123k vehicle home. We get home and none, and i mean none of the fancy features such as tracking, location, wifi , and vehicle status checks work. The next morning after spending 3 hours on the phone with Land Rover, Teri Chew set all our stuff up under her account and with her passwords, i mean xxx?!? I am a BMW man myself and absolutely hate British cars, but the wife wanted a Rover so here we are, This place sucks. Stay away, and if Teri Chew says she can take care of you, drive until you run the f out of gas....... More

Jean, from the first Internet inquiry, to the signing of the documents, was terrific! We went in just to "look" and came out "happy campers"! Jean was a wealth of information, taking the time to answer all of our questions. We didn't arrive until 5:10 p.m. The dealership closes at 6 on Fridays. Jean stayed, took the time to "seal the deal" and stayed later than we did, to complete the paperwork and have our vehicle ready bright and early the next day! We will be back! Thank you, Jean! More

Within minutes of meeting me, she knew what I wanted/needed in vehicle and I was sold! Three days after purchasing my new Range Rover Sport, I noticed a small crack in the plastic molding. Jean and Pierre (the manager) were quick to fix the problem. The service staff is as good as the sales staff. I have had my Sport for two months now, and I am so very happy I decided to go with the Range Rover over another Mercedes. Very accommodating and personable dealership. More

But I couldn’t have done any of it without the help of Jean Hall. She has been absolutely amazing — a real credit to your company. She guided me through the entire process of buying my first car — a 2014 Land Rover LR2, without a hitch. She was informative, patient, and honest. She worked with my mom, long-distance, in Georgia. She helped me trade in my BMW, had everything ready, and made the paperwork seem easy. Then, when I had my first accident, Jean helped me get the scratch repaired and gave me great advice on the whole situation. When people consider the prospect of buying a car, they envision all kinds of horror stories. But not me. Thanks to Jean Hall, my experience at Land Rover Cherry Hill was awesome.
