If I can give less than a star, I would’ve! Took my 2019 brand new Discovery 4 times for the same problem. And every time they tell me it’s fixed, to find out it’s not fixed. The fifth time I took it in for brand new Discovery 4 times for the same problem. And every time they tell me it’s fixed, to find out it’s not fixed. The fifth time I took it in for water leaking-in from the windshield. They promised to Replace my car and now jaguar Land Rover of America won’t even answer or return my calls. More
Our service was excellent! John was very attentive to us. He called and updated us and gave us options. They worked hard to find the underlying issues. He offered a loaner when we decided to do one of the extra steps that would take an extra day. Our Land Rover has 160,000 miles and we thought it might not be repairable.
