Excellent Experience / The experience at the dealership itself was a normal to above average experience but what made the difference was the Encore Delivery Service with Mr. The experience at the dealership itself was a normal to above average experience but what made the difference was the Encore Delivery Service with Mr. Brock Blanks and Ms. Clarisa Gomez. The two of them drove 1 ½ hours, each way to my home to go through the vehicle top to bottom. Not only with me, but with my daughter as well! (she just recently got her learners permit) The part of this experience that stick out most in my mind is our youngest daughter is a new driver they took this into consideration and explained all the safety features and set the car up so it is user friendly for her, even though it is my car. This is a huge deal for me, they thought of all the things that she may need to know to keep her safe, stuff I never would have thought about. They were extremely patient with us and treated us like they knew us for years, made it the most comfortable experience, they treated us like we were family, not just another customer. They didn’t have to do any of this, but they did and they made it a fun experience. They have earned my business in the future! Side note: Brock and Clarisa’s Sense of humor and patience with an old guy like me, had us laughing through the whole experience, these two are ROCK STARS for your business! More

I was skeptical about purchasing a car from a dealership so far away, however the customer service from the Cary Land Rover team, specifically the internet sales coordinator Aleisha and ultimately my sales guide Tim Mcswiney, made the purchasing experience simple, stress free, and worthwhile. Not only did they sell me a car at a highly competitive price but Tim went out of his way to ensure I made it to and from Cary with a great experience. Whether it was by going out of his way to pick us up from the hotel to route suggestions home to checking in on us throughout our drive to make sure we were enjoying the new purchase and answer any questions. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Cary Land Rover and would do so again. More
