Called to have oil changed rotate tires and some warranty work. After several attempts to get a service person I finally got a person who took my number. Have not gotten a reply. What they don’t know I was going to possibly trade my 2023 Defender x for a 2024 Defender 130. Raleigh will get that business. More
Purchased a $1000 wheel damage protection plan that covers any scrapes, scratches or damage to any wheel. Called to make an appointment and was told to bring the vehicle in on Thursday as that was the covers any scrapes, scratches or damage to any wheel. Upon arriving I'm told the vehicle was likely not going to be repaired today as it usually takes 24 hours to get repair authorization from the warranty company. Well...knowing there is generally a 24 hour wait on repair authorization, but the repair guy comes on Thursday, wouldn't it have been wiser to request that I come by on Wednesday and have damage photos taken so that on Thursday the repair can actually be done rather than dropping it off and being without a vehicle on two separate occasions? More

I gave Matt an offer for the RRS and even tho my offer was not excepted, Matt and Land Rover Cape Fear was still respectful and understanding. I wish we could of agreed to a deal however, I would recommend Land Rover Cape Fear and Matt to anyone looking for any Land Rover vehicle. They are all AWESOME!! Thanks. More
Purchased a windshield they verified that they had in stock 5 weeks ago. The parts manager, ‘K’, ignored almost all communication. As of today, I am finding out they don’t even have the windshield. In last month the battery on my 2018 Velar has been dead twice without any warning. Am now told after $500 in diagnostics that the electronics on the car will drain the battery and I need to put it on a tr twice without any warning. Am now told after $500 in diagnostics that the electronics on the car will drain the battery and I need to put it on a trickle charger once a week. The literature says a battery should last 3 to 5 years and my current battery is only 14 months old. Besides that the service department is horrible. Texts requesting updates were not answered, was not told that they needed to keep my car overnight and latest visit was charged twice for diagnostics without being told, I normally get a survey within a couple days....after a week NO survey so that is why I am putting this on line. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. More
My 40,000 service done on a car with only 20,000 miles took 2 whole days. I was told the damaged rearview mirror had to be totally replaced for a cost of almost $1000. Ryan in finance made the process so effortless for me. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. 100% would recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service with an amazing brand. Service department was horrible to deal with. Expected a much higher level of service from a “Land Rover” location.
