Don, the service manager is so knowledgeable and Karen was very helpful in jumping my dead batty while I was out of the country! Don even demonstrated how to use my trickle charger so this situation will was very helpful in jumping my dead batty while I was out of the country! I WAS TREATED RUDLEY WAS NOT HEPLED AND TOLD TO LEAVE FOR NOT HAVING A MASK TOLD THEM I HAVE MEDICAL CONDISION. WAS THERE TO HAVE A RECALL ON MY 2010 RANGE ROVER SPORT TAKEN CARE OFF. If I could give negative stars I would! How is it that I bring my Discovery into their shop WITHOUT leaks and somehow it comes back to me with leaks..and now it is my problem to fix? I was told that the pro bring my Discovery into their shop WITHOUT leaks and somehow it comes back to me with leaks..and now it is my problem to fix? I was told that the problem was pine needles in the ducts. There are NO pine needles anywhere near my house! It sat on their lot for 5 weeks, where did they store my car??!! IF the problem was pine needles and they "cleared" the ducts, why is my car still leaking? Nobody can answer me that. Oh, that is if you can get someone to call you back. Bryan the GM has not returned my recent calls. Don has been nothing short of rude and belligerent. For instance, when I told him my goal was to work with him to get someone to pick up my leaky car and leave a loaner-he snapped that he "was not my valet!." My Audi dealership gladly provides loaners, as does my BMW dealership. Is this a foreign concept to Land Rover? This is one of MANY reviews I will be writing about my experience at Land Rover Cape Cod. I will be going to the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, on social media, etc. Honestly, all I really want is to have a professional, respectful, conversation to resolve this issue. I LOVE my Discovery and when it came off lease, I was most definitely getting another one...until I was on the receiving end of this most disgraceful service. My SUV came back to me in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off-that is not acceptable! More
