Damian - I spoke with the service manager, Don, and he only got involved when you refused to put on a mask when asked to by a service advisor. This is not only our company policy but also the policy laid out by Governor Baker for our state. We are not only liable for the safety of our guests and associates but also to the Board of Health. I also understand that you were angry because we could not give you a loaner vehicle due to not having a valid license. Perhaps your selling dealer could better assist you in facilitating a favorable outcome for you.
