Great experience! We bought a GMC Acadia from this dealership after we saw it advertised online (someone had traded it in there). The sales person who dealt with online sales was very helpful, easy to work with, and the price was excellent. We drove several hours to see it and test drive it. The sales transaction was quite fast (and we've sat and waited for hours at other dealerships). The dealership made sure the car was serviced and all recalls were taken care of. Thanks so much for a great deal! We have been driving it for a couple months now and are super happy with it. We would buy from this dealership again! More

As you can imagine living two hours away makes it very difficult to plan to have your car serviced. I found the entire team at Land Rover of Birmingham to be excellent. They arranged the service, handled the insurance claim on my windshield with my insurance agent, and provided a pick up and drop off for me to and from the airport to make it easy on me. All of this was accomplished while I was in NY on business. When I returned, they delivered my car to Bham Airport Valet Service. I only had to walk to valet, show them the valet ticket that they had texted to me, and drove home. Thank you Land Rover of Bham for the awesome service. More
I've never had service this bad anywhere. Prices double what other service centers have charged, personnel indifferent at best, kept my car for days for just a routine service. Absolutely terrible service - they don't call you back - don't take responsibility - and are way overpriced. Stay away if possible. This dealer is an embarrasment to BMW, Porsche, and Land Rover. I bought my Land Rover in Atlanta and had a great experience. I live in Birmingham so I had to take it to Tom Williams to get it serviced. Repeatedly I was told over the phone that when I brought m experience. I live in Birmingham so I had to take it to Tom Williams to get it serviced. Repeatedly I was told over the phone that when I brought my car in for my service appointment, I would be given a car to drive. Every time I arrived at the dealership, I was told there were no more cars and I would have to wait for them to take me to work. This happened several times. The one time they actually gave me a car to drive they dropped it off in the parking lot at my office. After work I got in the car and didn't make it out of the parking lot before it died. I called Tom Williams and they told me it was out of gas! Believe it or not, this happened a second time when I dropped off my car and they had to bring me to work. On the way to my office, the car that we were in ran out of gas and we had to wait an hour for someone to come get us. They have the worst customer service of any place I have ever dealt with and I am getting rid of my Land Rover because there is no other dealers in the area and I refuse to go back to Tom Williams. Stay far, far away!!!! More
