I came in for a schedule oil and fluid check and to diagnose a noise I’m steering shaft. The told me oil change would be done by 10:30 and diagnostic by noon. I called at noon and at 1 and at 2. They f diagnose a noise I’m steering shaft. The told me oil change would be done by 10:30 and diagnostic by noon. I called at noon and at 1 and at 2. They finally called me and said that they hadn’t finished. Had to call them back and after a lot of back and forth they needed to keep overnight and I they would call me at 11:30 the next day. They did not have a loaner but did give me a Lyft ride which I appreciated. They were apologetic but I if I had known they we going to have my truck overnight I would not have had them do the diagnostic. They need to honor their word by calling when they say they would and improve their communication. More
