I had to recently get my I-Pace towed to this dealership as it died on the road. The service I received here was excellent. My service advisor Jose was courteous and professional and set expectations about as it died on the road. The service I received here was excellent. I received constant updates about the status of my vehicle and there was zero pressure to purchase the additional service items they recommended. The only "issue" was that there was no loaner available even though my car was still under warranty so I was out of a vehicle for over a week which was a bit of a pain as we are a single vehicle family.
