I was told I'd be out in 1-1. 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. They found an issue with my wiper sprayer and repaired it under warranty which likely added tim 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. Sales representative Gaby Lima is fantastic. But a shortage of techs meant that the repairs took a long time. The manual also points out that running out of fuel can cause catalytic converter damage. Something like this should be covered by a lifetime warranty and not the reason for a $2000+ repair. More
