David Engel constantly kept us informed as to the status of our special order vehicle. Along the way, he was always willing to meet with us to settle any concerns we managed to find and graciously treated us always with respect. Unbelievable experience- See Alton Wilson and Arbi Ghazarian I had been shopping around for a new car since my lease is up in less than three months. I had been to the Rockville and Vienna Land Rover earlier in I had been shopping around for a new car since my lease is up in less than three months. I had been to the Rockville and Vienna Land Rover earlier in my journey, but was not impressed. The people that I had previously met, did not take me seriously and did not care to show me any cars. However, this all changed on Tuesday when I went back into the Rockville location. I was taking a final look around, thinking I may go to a different car brand all together when Alton Wilson showed up. He greeted me with a warm smile and listened to what I had previously gone through. He was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and patient. Alton made me feel wanted in the dealership. He worked with me to find the perfect car and I could not of asked for better service. He is honest and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. For financing, Alton and I worked with Arbi Ghazarian. Arbi was great as well. He really helped me get to a place that I could afford and made the whole "money" process enjoyable (when everyone knows how daunting that part really is). Dyu helped with the tags and was efficient. She was nice as well. Overall, Alton and Arbi were a great team to work with. They made the car buying process truly delightful and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I love my new car and will probably be a customer for life. Thanks again!! More

Just Awesome! I purchased a brand new Range Rover. It is my 6th one. I have lots of experience buying them so I feel my comments are important. First off, I lov I purchased a brand new Range Rover. It is my 6th one. I have lots of experience buying them so I feel my comments are important. First off, I loved meeting my sales person. Angie became a friend during the process which made me feel I was important. I loved the sales manager, Amanda. She was a big part of making my deal work for me. The Finance Manager was so wonderful. Next, the service advisor was great as well. He took care of a few minor things and had such a positive attitude and that smile was infectious. But the best part of my experience was the new Encode program. Touche! This should have been started a long time ago. Thank you. Cheryl was amazing. Her ability to work with all kinds of people showed in everything she did for me. Her can do attitude made me feel special and that any problem I may encounter would be solved. She is valuable, more than you know. Already I can't wait to see her again. She helped make my experience at Lan Rover Bethesda just awesomw! More
