In-control activation and license plates pick up. I recently went home the dealership to pick up my new license plates. When Cheryl found out that I had not activated my In-control system she immedia I recently went home the dealership to pick up my new license plates. When Cheryl found out that I had not activated my In-control system she immediately walked me through the set up without hesitation to make sure I had everything needed for my road trip that day. And, she even had my car washed and gave me a screen cleaner. That's great customer service. It was awesome working with her! She's a keeper and her customer skills are top notch. Thanks, More
