Sherry was very upfront about everything and was keen on ensuring that we were getting the car that we would be happy with. Initially, around Feb, we were unsure about the XE or the E-pace and Sherry was very understanding and gave us all the numbers on both 2018 models printed out. We then embarked on a whole series of test drives and Sherry was extremely patient and informative. Every two weeks or so, she made sure that we knew we were updated with what remained of the 2018 models that remained. Sherry persevered and didn't get flustered by our attention to detail. She completely understood that we were trying to find what worked best for us, and she helped us all through. By the time we made up our mind on the E-pace towards the end of March, only 2019 models remained and we then were getting skittish on whether to buy something else. It was when we went to other Mercedes, BMW, and Jaguar dealers we realized how special Jaguar Bethesda and Sherry was. Others were still playing the old cloak and dagger game, with the bait and last-minute switch. Sherry had also warned us on factoring in all the maintenance costs. We were very thorough and when we added up all the warranty and maintenance costs, there was no denying that the E-pace was the best deal! Sherry was friendly and extremely patient and polite with us – all through the two months. We tend to expect a quality of service from the people we interact with and this was top class quality. We have done business with her twice and never had any complaints. The staff at the sales center are all friendly and never make you feel like you have to rush. They are polite and understand that car buying is about getting a car that makes you feel good within your budget and that takes a lot of searching and thinking. Cheryl’s worked out all the details of the setup of our app; and both Cheryl and Sherry worked out getting us a bunch of freebees as a super sweet topping as well. Just a very nice touch. We feel very special at the Jaguar Bethesda dealership – both on the sales side and the service side. On a related note, Cheryl’s weekend-cookies are extremely well appreciated. More

She started out with a pleasant welcoming. It was very sweet and warm. I was immediately relaxed. Although Cheryl isn't a sales person, she sold me my Range Rover Sport. It was amazing, unbelievable and incredible how well she knew ALL (and I do mean ALL) of the features of this truck. Actually, describing her ability as just "knowing" the features is an understatement. She is truly a GURU!! She made me feel great about my decision. I couldn't wait to drive off after first being skeptical because I had no idea that the truck was so awesome. Besides her superior knowledge of the features and functionality of this car, her professionalism and personable attitude is an A+. Cheryl Stewart is EVERYTHING!!! I had done my research and we did the usual test drive etc. Following that, I met with him by appointment to get the paperwork done. Even though it was late in the evening and they had to wait for the financing to go thru, they graciously offered me to take the car with dealer tags, and they fedexed the rest of my paperwork (and transferred tags).
