She took her time to go through EVERYTHING and ensure that we understood all of the features of the vehicle. Since then, questions have come up (especially as things change with software updates) and Cheryl has not missed a beat in swooping in and coming to the rescue. She has continued to make herself available to us and step in and help whenever needed. It is very apparent that Cheryl really enjoys engaging with her customers.
