I was at the Bethesda Dealership today for info on their pre-paid maintenance plan (not for service). This was after approx. 4 weeks of numerous calls, txt messages, voicemails, and even a previous physica pre-paid maintenance plan (not for service). This was after approx. 4 weeks of numerous calls, txt messages, voicemails, and even a previous physical visit, all to get info on a package they offer. Needless to say, as I drove out there AGAIN for info that could have easily been relayed over the phone, I was beyond frustrated and had to pray in my car before walking in. At that point, I had been ghosted repeatedly by the department; I decided I was going to speak face-to-face with someone, even if it meant me taking precious time off from work. And God answered my prayers with an angel, Ms. Cheryl, who sensed my energy and immediately did what people who care about customer service do: Attend to the customer! These vehicles are not cheap, for crying out loud. One would think decent customer attention would be intuitive, but doesn't seem to be in the DNA of this dealership. They suck, honestly! I still do not think they deserve any star. Ms. Cheryl does. She went over and beyond to ensure I was attended to. She saved the day. Thank you Cheryl. I would rather not go back to the Bethesda shop for service. Who wants to go to a place where they are treated badly. More

Cheryl and Debbie were amazing. We had a bit of a rough start as it was late when we left the dealership and we didn't understand all of the features about the car. Debbie stayed late with us and walke start as it was late when we left the dealership and we didn't understand all of the features about the car. Debbie stayed late with us and walked us through the finance paperwork that night and when we returned on Saturday, Debbie sat with us again to answer a few things we weren't 100% sure about (again it was late when we left the dealership earlier that week). On Saturday, Cheryl spent almost 2 hours with us helping us understand everything about the car. Cheryl helped us discover that we were missing quite a few things from inside the car (not sure why they were missing) but she helped us get the things that were supposed to be included including a carrier for the inside of the car, first aid kit, etc. This follow up and time spent ensured our customer success. We can buy a car anywhere but the extra time and effort spent with us will ensure we come back and refer others to this actual dealership (even though it is farther from us than the other Land Rover dealership). Without this "customer success program" that Cheryl represents, we might have felt like our experience was disjointed but she brought it all together nicely. She is truly an asset to the company and her customers. More
