Crystal in the service department is a dream to work with. After I made my appointment, I received a reminder text and call which is very welcomed since I tend to forget things. The staff at Bethesda Land Rover is always so kind and professional. Everything was explained to me before servicing my car, during and after. There was even a follow up email thanking me for my business. I wish my car needed an oil change more often than 21,000 miles so I could visit the dealership sooner than 2025. Thank you! More
