Overall, my experience at Ranger Rover Bethesda was mixed. I brought my car in for a flat tire that was covered under warranty. The service advisor said it would take about 2 hours to hear back from th mixed. I brought my car in for a flat tire that was covered under warranty. The service advisor said it would take about 2 hours to hear back from the warranty adjusters, so I decided to wait. When she came back, she said the flat tire was approved but I also needed to change my brakes, even though they were still good (upsale). This would take another 2-3 hours, so I decided to wait. I got my car back around 4pm and saw that there was a check engine light on. I told them that I don't take cars back with check engine lights on, and the service advisor had left. The receptionist called her on her cellphone, and she said I didn't say anything about the check engine light. The customer service manager, Ms. Cheryl, came over and apologized for the car not being ready after spending all day at the dealership. She tried to get me a loaner car, but unfortunately, they didn't have any cars left. She got the receptionist to get me an Uber ride home and promised to have the car fixed by the next day. The advisor called the next day and tried to have me pay for the parts and services. Ms. Cheryl noticed my dissatisfaction and agreed to have me pay for the parts while they would cover the labor. I got a call that the car was ready later that afternoon. I went back in that evening, but Ms. Cheryl wasn't there as she was off work. Overall, it was a good experience, but it was frustrating to have the check engine light come on after spending all day at the dealership. I appreciate Ms. Cheryl's efforts to make it right and her follow-up call to apologize for the inconvenience. It was good to have the car fixed and Ms. Cheryl turned it around. More
Had to bring my Jaguar back into the dealership to have some diagnostics run and services performed. Just let me say that Cheryl Stewart is one of the best Customer Service Managers that I have EVER come a some diagnostics run and services performed. Just let me say that Cheryl Stewart is one of the best Customer Service Managers that I have EVER come across! She kept in constant touch with me the entire time while my car was being serviced and even after my car was completed. In terms of my Service Advisor, Crystal Vanderpuije is top notched! She gave OUTSTANDING and excellent customer service keeping me apprised every step of my vehicles services including follow-up calls as well! Together, Crystal and Cheryl are an excellent team at LandRover Bethesda! More
