I was told I'd be out in 1-1. 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. They found an issue with my wiper sprayer and repaired it under warranty which likely added tim 5 hours for my oil change, it was more than 2.5 hours. They found an issue with my wiper sprayer and repaired it under warranty which likely added time. Was told I needed new brakes, still recovering from the estimate of $1600/axle. I called back the next day for a better understanding of what I would get replaced for that price. More
Sales representative Gaby Lima is fantastic. But a shortage of techs meant that the repairs took a long time. The manual also points out that running out of fuel can cause catalytic converter damage. Something like this should be covered by a lifetime warranty and not the reason for a $2000+ repair. More
We came in after buying a used Jaguar E-Pace from Carmax. Carmax agent didn't know about certain functions of the car nor could they switch the InControl Remote over from the original owner. We came by Jaguar of Bethesda to set up the InControl system into our names. Cheryl Stewart could not have been more helpful, even though we hadn't bought the car through them. She answered all of our questions and then some plus made the switch re: InControl. Highly recommend Cheryl Stewart of Jaguar of Bethesda! More
Type of Service: Recall for the Gasoline Fuel Tank Flange Assembly. Everything went very well until, following the completion of the service, I had a problem with with my fuel gauge which would not read ful Assembly. Everything went very well until, following the completion of the service, I had a problem with with my fuel gauge which would not read full but only 3/4 when I refilled the tank. I called, explaining the problem, to the service technician the next morning who then told me that he would call me back. It then took 2-1/2 hours before I spoke to him again. He did not call me, I had to called him. He then asked me to bring the vehicle back in to diagnose the problem. After the purchase of a vehicle, the service technician is the face of the dealership. Kamal was very courteous and attentive up to the point where he did not promptly provide a return call, if not just to say he is working on a solution. That I should have to call him after 2 hours is unacceptable. Going forward, please accept this criticism constructively so as to improve customer communications in the service department. More
