Anyone else get ripped off by Land Rover Bethesda? The genius team led by Joey Dizon, Nick Niglio, Charles Holman and Adolf Afful? I have been a loyal customer for years, and in June 2022, they convi The genius team led by Joey Dizon, Nick Niglio, Charles Holman and Adolf Afful? I have been a loyal customer for years, and in June 2022, they convinced us to finance a used 2021 Cadillac Escalade, while we were waiting for delivery of our new RR, with the promise that the dealership would buy it back at the same price once the new Range Rover arrived. To get our monthly payments as low as possible, we were duped into a seven-year financing arrangement with TD Bank at almost predatory 8.34% interest rates ($23 per diem). We didn't get the tags for 7 months, and were never given a second key to the vehicle. The Maryland MVA cited them for violation of the Motor Vehicle Law and has recommended a fine. Then, when we were ready to return the vehicle, Nick Niglio, the new "manager" (btw the place has a new manager every three weeks) blames everything on terminated employees Adolf Afful and Joey Dizon who he admits were doing "lots of shady stuff", and tells me I need to write a check for north of $16,000! Then he refers me to his legal counsel, who of course never gets back to me. This is exactly why car salesmen have a bad name - deceptive trade practices, fraudulent inducement, and a bait-and-switch scheme. We urge other potential customers to be cautious when doing business with Land Rover Bethesda dealership, especially Joey Dizon, Nick Niglio, Charles Holman and Adolf Afful, and get in touch with us if you have similar stories. My recent service experience was great. Once they accessed the service they quickly determined it was going to take longer than expected and they automatically offered me a loaner vehicle.
