I had great experience working with Crystal at JLR Bethesda to get my F-Pace serviced. They were able to solved the rattling noise issue that I got, and they went extra miles to fit the OEM supercharg Bethesda to get my F-Pace serviced. I wish I would have gone to Chantilly Land Rover Jaguar. I bought a car there and had wonderful service. At Bethesda LRJ, my experiences with this dealership have been extremely disappointing. No one follow I bought a car there and had wonderful service. At Bethesda LRJ, my experiences with this dealership have been extremely disappointing. No one follows through on anything they promise and I never get a human being, just an answering machine. They never returned calls to fulfill my "We owe you" list until I called corporate over a month after my sale. They put a charge on my credit card, admitted it was a mistake, and have not taken it off. When I call, they say the person who can refund it isn't here today, she'll call you tomorrow morning. And then crickets. It has been this pattern since the very day I purchased the car. They finally fix the dents in my car, one correct and the others with touch up paint. They did fix this the next day. I'm not going into a rant about how awful the service has been even past these three examples, but I have purchased many different brands from many different dealerships and this experience has been at the bottom. More
