Service for my LR4 Noah stepped up to check me in, because their check-in girl was working at length with another car owner. There was another woman, who sat right next to the woman checking in other customer. I was asked to sit in front of her at her desk, while waiting for the other woman to check me in. That was very strange. This other woman made pleasant talk but because she wasn't checking me in, it was awkward....why was she sitting there, unable to lessen the backup caused by other service manager? Strange set up. 3 employees in this area should make for smooth sailing for a customer to drop their car for service and leave. Noah was very pleasant and found me a promised loaner, while my car was serviced. I really appreciated that. More

Transmission voodoo made simple Suddenly, my Range Rover HSE began missing shifts, so I contacted Noah at LR Bedford for service. Oooh, folks are notoriously touchy when a Range Rov Suddenly, my Range Rover HSE began missing shifts, so I contacted Noah at LR Bedford for service. Oooh, folks are notoriously touchy when a Range Rover transmission acts up. Not so Noah and his team of service technicians. Having a new Discovery Sport as a loaner, I was more than pleased for the two days it took to correct the problem. And while transmission work is never cheap, I was pretty pleased at the cost. Hat's off to the service team at Land Rover - Bedford, and thanks to Jen, who cashed me out from the back of the shop, a new service offered at LR Bedford. Happy? They always make me feel happy and their new building is gorgeous. More
