I was very disappointed in the sales department. After emailing with a sales rep, an appointment was scheduled for a test drive. When I arrived, the sales person told me he had just printed out my information 5 minutes before we arrived. They never checked to see if they had the vehicle we wanted to test drive in stock. They did not seem to care about our business at all. We were offered no apology, especially after we wasted our time to drive out to the dealership with a set appointment. More

The general manager, Rick, called my wife on the phone and was BERATING HER. I had to get on the phone to talk to him because of the way in which he was attempting to talk to her. I have NEVER heard anyth and was BERATING HER. I had to get on the phone to talk to him because of the way in which he was attempting to talk to her. I have NEVER heard anything like it. It was like he was abusing a spouse. I have never heard someone talk to another person like that in my life (only in movies). Let alone a business to a previous customer (my wife had leased a car before we were married). It was absolutely appalling. In addition to this, the Finance Manager, Ruben, has no problem telling outright, and I mean outright, lies. He told us that we could keep the lease vehicle past the lease turn in date and that we wouldnt be charged. That is a lie from whole cloth. I knew he was lying so we turned in the vehicle on time anyway. Then a potential saleswoman, Judy, was acting like WE were burdening HER by having her show us vehicles. All she did was get me the keys to the car we wanted to test drive. She also beeped at me on the test drive. When we got back from it, she didn't explain ANYTHING about the car. Just asked us if "this is the one we want." It was an absolute nightmare - and through the whole process - not one apology. More

We are so excited to be back at Lancaster Toyota and very much appreciate Kohei Watanabe helping us select a new Highlander. Holly, in the service department, was fantastic to work with and ensured that our visit was perfect, with every detail covered and taken care of. Shawn, our service technician who installed all of our new items, actually took a video of his work and sent it to us prior to picking up our vehicle. It was beautiful and the work was excellent. Everything looked like it came on the vehicle, straight from the factory. Thank you both, Holly and Shawn for your excellent attention to detail and making us feel like we were your most important customers of the day, although we known you had others who we are sure, had the same sentiments about your work.
