Great sales team. Poor quality of repair service and terrible customer service by Sales Manager. Regret buying from this dealership. Requested no tags, plates, or decals on the new vehicle. They put on anyway and defaced the front bumper with two holes to hold a vanity plate. PA does not require front plates, so no other reason for this accept free advertisement for them. Unhappy customer who paid for a new car only to be defaced by idiots. More

I had to use Lancaster Nissan service department for a minor accident with my brand new 2011 car the I bought there. I was given the run around by managers and given really crappy customer service. After needing to get a rental car for the almost 3 weeks in and out of the shop, they refused to pay for any rental costs due to their errors. Now leaving my family out all that money with only a canned apology that means NOTHING! More
