The staff kept me informed when my car would be finished. When I came to pick up my car to my surprise it was washed vacuumed and cleaned out! AWESOME! We went in to look at the Rogue's in 2012 when they were running an incentive on leasing! Have to say wasn't thrilled with the 2012 Rogue once we leased it but our experience with Jason Vozzella was amazing! He was not pushy or arrogant(like some salesmen are) He was very accommodating. We went in there knowing how much we could afford a month. We passed that on to Jason and he really worked with us. We walked out of there with a new Rogue in our monthly range. We've never leased before and he explained everything wonderfully. Since we were nor really thrilled with the 2012 Rogue we went back in earlier than our lease was up and we looked at the 2015 Rogue. Fell in love. The only thing was the monthly cost went up pretty good so we weren't sure. Jason again went to bat for us and got our monthly payment only 8 dollars above the precious 3 years. He really takes into consideration what a middle class family can afford. That means a lot!! 2015 Rogue is amazing! They've definitely worked out all the kinks from the 2012 Rogue. We then sent our son in and he got a great deal on a Sentra and a college graduation insentive! Also a great monthly payment for someone just getting out of college! Jason V is the best! Besides, He's a Philadelphia Eagles fan...How can you possibly go wrong??? Thank you Jason. We'll see you again in about 2 years. :-) More

I talked with the dealer I leased it from and they made me an offer on a new lease vehicle. I thought the price was on the high side. So I filled out a request for quote to Lancaster Nissan. The next day I recieved a return e-mail from Jason Vozzella. I called him on the phone and told him what I was looking to do he put some prices together that sounded to good to be true. We set up an appointment for me to stop and take a test drive, the car was great, Jason was a great person to do business with and the prices he quoted were true. He made my first lease return experience easy! More

Yet, we left Nissan without a Rogue but with 2 vehi My wife and I had one thing in mind when we stopped in at Nissan. Buy a Nissan Rogue. One vehicle. Yet, we left Nissan without a Rogue but with 2 vehicles. I attribute that to Jason's foresight. He asked the personal questions about our lives before "selling" us what we were fixated on buying. He understood that my career required me to spend a lot of time on the road which is why I purchased an Altima and we traded in our Audi not for an SUV (Rogue) like we were set on, but the Nissan Quest minivan. He understood our family was growing and we'd outgrow the Rogue. We currently have 4 children and the Quest was the best investment we made. I strongly recommend Jason Vozzella for any vehicle in your future. More

Unique experience Shopping for a big, financial, decision such as a vehicle is never easy. With the amount of information, options, features to comb through it can get Shopping for a big, financial, decision such as a vehicle is never easy. With the amount of information, options, features to comb through it can get overwhelming. I tend to investigate and educate myself as much as possible before making a decision. Sure, knowledge is power, but am I making the right decision? Just because I studied up on a vehicles' specs, doesn't make an expert. This is where Nic Diaz comes in, his level of expertise really played a great deal in my decision making. Nic made sure he understood what my concerns were and really made me feel as though his recommendations were in my best interest, not his. Not once did he make feel pressured or intimidated. My biggest concerns revolved around the safety of my family and that whatever model, color, or year I drove away with, I could rest assure that I'd be safe. That my family would be safe. Nic himself expressed that he has a family of his own and that he understood where I was coming from. I recommend Nic Diaz, if you are someone that is looking for more than just a transaction and instead are looking for a relationship, someone you can rely on before, during and after purchasing the car. It's an investment that hopefully lasts for many years, and I look forward to coming back to Nic whenever I have any questions about my current and any future vehicles. Because I know, Nic Diaz, is more than just a salesman, he's someone I am able to trust. More

He helped us understand more about how leasing cars worked and we chose to go that route with one of our vehicles which worked out really well and helped keep the payments down. Also, the free car washes with owning a Nissan is a nice perk as well! More

I had finally picked out the vehicle I wanted, but it was a bit out of my price range, Jason went back and fourth with management to get me the price that I wanted. I ended up leaving the dealership not purchasing the vehicle I wanted. The very next day Jason called and said you got it. I felt like Jason really cared about the whole experience I was getting and only wanted the best deal for me. Thanks Jason for the best car buying experience I have ever had and being a salesperson that wasn't trying to get the best deal for your pay check! More
