Ive been to many and been told a lot of say non sense and spent numerous wasted hours and times at those places.Here I was in and out once they got there part done in a matter of a hour or so based on everything.I was very thankful, they got us the help they did, especially after a very tough outcome on the other issues I was having with my previous vehicle.So Kudos to them on getting the job done right and quickly for us.I hope to continue to do business with them in the future as well.I would suggests anyone considering them , give them a shot and they can prove the difference, not just talk it. It was possibly the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no hassle, no uncomfortable interactions. It was all positive, friendly, professional, and pleasant. Jason quickly understood my needs and explained the various options available that would help meet them. He always made me feel that he listened carefully and provided exactly the information I needed. I wish every car buying experience could be this pleasant. Don't bring your car here for service! Just so we are clear...I never write reviews, but too upset this time not to. This is the 3rd time in a month I have been in the service department. Hey idiots, I said I am bringing it in and waiting with it like 5 times. What happens? When i get there, they say......oh, well I have you down as a drop off, it will be at least 2 hours. Thanks for nothing! I have a 2013 Altima. The shift assembly needs replaced, what?! This is ridiculous! I asked a service person, how often does that usually need replaced, and they tell me it should last the life of the car. Sounds like a recall/defect to me! Wow! And then they charge me for it. My car is only 3 years old! I have liked my car, even with all the recalls, but I most likely won't buy another one. I am going to stop using the service department. Ugh, so disappointed! More

I've had many other brands of vehicles in the past but was looking to purchase my first brand new car. After about a month of shopping and nothing really "WOWing" me, the new Nissan models really caught my eye. The refresh on almost all the 2016 models is beautiful and so is the dealership at Lancaster Nissan. The sales staff accommodated me and helped me find the right fit and got me everything I wanted at the price I was looking for. JV did an amazing job and the sales manager Don Lesher was very helpful as well. I got the color and trim package that fit my need and wants and they didn't push me to buy something I didn't want. The service department was very clean and the whole dealership is very organized. I can definitely say I will be only going back there to service me new Nissan.
