Wasted time and money I would not RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone unless you like to argue. This is a follow up on a previous review. Purchased a brand new Titan kc. Tr I would not RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone unless you like to argue. This is a follow up on a previous review. Purchased a brand new Titan kc. Truck has a bad wobble/shake at 45, 65 and around 80. Tires were replaced which eliminated most of the 45 mph issue. The rest I was told was engineered to have the issue by a Nissan head technician. Nissan verified and said they have no intention on purchasing back or repairing the issue. To add insult while the truck was in their car someone dented the drivers door, they fixed it but by management were not allowed to repaint so you see a big paint spot missing. If you purchase there and ever have issues Nick Grasso is the person to see, I was screwed over but this man seemed to have done everything possible to resolve the problems. He has to answer to someone and that person said NO to everything. Thanks Nick for trying. This owner should be ashamed to allow customers to be treated this way. Tom More

Most hassle free experience EVER! I honestly just wanted to test drive the Maxima and Altima but from the moment I walked into the dealership I was met with respect and consideration. I honestly just wanted to test drive the Maxima and Altima but from the moment I walked into the dealership I was met with respect and consideration. I worked with Ben Raker who was a gentleman and pleasant even with all of my questions. Long story short, I fell in LOVE with the Altima and purchased one! I'm not kidding when I say that this was THE BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Being a single woman, most times we are treated like we have a big SUCKER sign written across our foreheads and businesses in general try to take advantage of you, but this was not the case here! Every person I dealt with...everyone from Ben, to the Manager JV, to the Finance Guy Austin made me feel at ease. Rod even took time after the dealership closed to sit in the car and teach me all about it! Everything about the transaction was smooth! Bronchitis didn’t stop me from buying a car! I have been sick for a week, but that did not stop me from looking at a Nissan Rogue at Lancaster Nissan. Ben Raker was a real gentleman. His first p I have been sick for a week, but that did not stop me from looking at a Nissan Rogue at Lancaster Nissan. Ben Raker was a real gentleman. His first priority was not to drag me into the dealership and pressure me to purchase a car. No, that’s not Ben’s style as he offered me water, his jacket and Ricola cough drops. I would not recommend making an important purchase while feeling like you should be in bed, but Ben made the deal so sweet that I just couldn’t “hack” it so I bought the car. Get it....hack it...cough. The dealership made the purchase easy and flexible and we were out the door with a totally “sick” car. I mean cool and stylish!!!. Watch out for Keith though, he’s one of the deal makers. He made the deal so sweet that he even threw in Christmas cookies for 5 years. I am so going to take him up on his generosity as I am now part of the Nissan Family. Happy Shopping! More
