Totaled to Totally Satisfied Unfortunately, I was not prepared to have to shop for another vehicle after just buying one 4 months ago. Donna and her team did everything they could to help me get into another vehicle quickly and staying within my requested budget. Some places you go will push you into a more expensive vehicle, pushing you out of your comfort range, but not Donna. She kept things realistic and showed me that there wasn’t a huge difference in my options on the more expensive model. Overall, an extremely undesirable process, was made much easier.
