Donna and her team did everything they could to help me get into another vehicle quickly and staying within my requested budget. Some places you go will push you into a more expensive vehicle, pushing you out of your comfort range, but not Donna. She kept things realistic and showed me that there wasn’t a huge difference in my options on the more expensive model. Overall, an extremely undesirable process, was made much easier.
