We love the car, we drove a 2014 Rouge for 10 yrs. and it was time for a trade in. We love how they have improved it and it drives much better than our 2014. We will stick with the Rouge, we love it. Completely satisfied with the staff and especially with Melissa!!! Looking forward to the service we will receive for the car. More

My sales representative Eric Long and his team, along with Jason Vozzella, General Sales Manager, worked very hard to ensure the best possible opportunities for me to be able to continue doing business with Lancaster Nissan. Everything was very well organized and completely accurate within the perimeters of what Eric and I discussed in advance according to what I was looking for, i.e. make, model, and color. He also stayed within what we had discussed as far as my budget, which is very important as well. Thank you all for another great experience! More
Just got a brand new Rogue and Daryl Stoll was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. I started shopping in January for a used car but I wasn't really ready. Daryl contacted me a few times over the year when he had vehicles that matched what I was looking for and I still wasn't sure. Two days ago he called again and I checked out the two used cars. Daryl was extremely patient with me as we walked through all the various models, finance options, new vs. used, etc. Thanks to Daryl's patience and sincerity, I finally drove off the lot in a brand new Rogue. Working with Daryl was really enjoyable and I highly recommend shopping at Lancaster Nissan. More
I went to the Nissan dealership to trade in my 2018 Armada. The GM Don worked with me directly and then turned me over to Derek, as my sales coordinator. These guys made the whole process a pleasant experience. Derek explained everything to me about the Nissan Rogue that I was purchasing. His customer service was excellent and I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The whole process worked pretty seamlessly from beginning, to financing and driving away. Derek even pulled out my disabled placard that I left in the vehicle and called me before I got home. I’m very appreciative of their concern for my satisfaction as a customer! More
