Bad Service Went in because a recall with my car. When calling to set up the appointment I was estimated the procedure to take between 1 to 2 hours. Dropping up at 7am I plan to stay and wait for the car. When I did the check in, Bill one of the service agents told me that it was an all-day open appointment. I wanted to reschedule Bill offer the shuttle bus to take me back. Got back home and at exactly 9:16am Bill call me back to tell me your car is done. Exactly 2 hours because my car was pulled in at around 7:10am to 7:15am. Then I had to wait more than an hour outside after telling bill the exact time an hour earlier for me to be picked up and he assured me the shuttle will be there. Bill told me information that he was not sure of I guess just to get rid of me. By the time I got my car back I’ve lost all my morning halve of my day courtesy of Bill’s incompetence. Customer Service 101 if not sure of what you are telling the customer don’t disseminate that information and perhaps doble check with the technician specially when you saw the car went in. Terrible Service Department I've had a Nissan Titans for 14 years. Every time I try to give them a chance to service my vehicle they prove time and time again why I stopped brin I've had a Nissan Titans for 14 years. Every time I try to give them a chance to service my vehicle they prove time and time again why I stopped bringing my vehicle to their shop. I had my 2016 Nissan Titan in for a Check Engine light. The problem was a sensor but the Service Dept said they are afraid to replace the part for fear of damaging a $4000 part. They wanted me to sign off on the potential damage to the $4000 part before they would proceed. The after market warranty company that I purchased when I bought my Vehicle was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue and offered to speak directly to the Service Manager. The warranty company called me back and said "I've never dealt with a Dealership Service Manager that was so arrogant and seemingly incompetent." They advised me to remove my vehicle from them and suggested I find a repair facility that can complete the necessary repairs without asking me to agree to them breaking a $4000 part. They were happy to hear I found a competent shop to do the required repairs without requiring me to cover their "Technicians" mistakes. More
I had a great first experience with Lancaster Nissan thanks to Fernando and Don. They helped get me a really good deal on the Rogue. Plus when I went back to get the all weather mats the sales team e thanks to Fernando and Don. They helped get me a really good deal on the Rogue.
