I truly believe that without Derek's expertise, suggestions, recommendations, and patience, a handshake would not have occured on the Saturday, my wife and I first visited the dealership. We set out the day with no intention of purchasing, but only to survey our options, test drive a couple vehicles, and gather information about rather we continue to purchase the Pathfinder we were leasing, or find something equal to if not better for around our same payment. Derek made that happen. You should be proud of him. I'm not an easy sell. I've worked on cars all my life and I know what I want in a car. He answered all my check marks and made the decision easy. We were not going to purchase a new car. Derek, found us a deal on a practically brand new Murano for a much more affordable payment. He could've saved that information for a friend or relative, and we would never have known the wiser. I feel I can trust Derek, and would recommend him to my friends and family, for future purchases. Derek researched possible models that would meet our needs. Derek showed us a few models on the lot and we fell in love with the 2020 Nissan Versa. Bad Service Went in because a recall with my car. When calling to set up the appointment I was estimated the procedure to take between 1 to 2 hours. Dropping up a Went in because a recall with my car. When calling to set up the appointment I was estimated the procedure to take between 1 to 2 hours. Dropping up at 7am I plan to stay and wait for the car. When I did the check in, Bill one of the service agents told me that it was an all-day open appointment. I wanted to reschedule Bill offer the shuttle bus to take me back. Got back home and at exactly 9:16am Bill call me back to tell me your car is done. Exactly 2 hours because my car was pulled in at around 7:10am to 7:15am. Then I had to wait more than an hour outside after telling bill the exact time an hour earlier for me to be picked up and he assured me the shuttle will be there. Bill told me information that he was not sure of I guess just to get rid of me. By the time I got my car back I’ve lost all my morning halve of my day courtesy of Bill’s incompetence. Customer Service 101 if not sure of what you are telling the customer don’t disseminate that information and perhaps doble check with the technician specially when you saw the car went in. Very poor service… More
