I purchased and had installed a remote starter by this Hyundai dealer. I needed a new remote and it took them over an hour to program it! I was told the mechanic couldn't find something and then didn't kn Hyundai dealer. I needed a new remote and it took them over an hour to program it! I was told the mechanic couldn't find something and then didn't know how to do it. Well, once that was done about a week later something was hanging down under the dash. I went back and it was the antena. They DIDN'T SECURE IT TO THE WOIRING HARNESS! Now 2 days later I try to use the remote start and it doesn't work at all! Oh and when I was there a coupe days ago this guy "SCOTT" instead of apologizing and "trying to show good customer service" for something that should NEVER have happened he argued, and taunted me the entire time I just wanted to get checked out and leave! He seemed like he wanted to provoke me into a physical confrontation! I would advise AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The mechanics obivously aren't very well trained, their prices are OUTRAGOUS and Scott has absolutely ZERO customer service skills ! I will NEVER use this dealership and possibly NEVER buy or recommend Hyundai after this to anyone ! More
