I have one of motor that burn oil and after over 1000 miles they said that only .3 quart was burn but at the bring the motor take 4.8 of oil and they put 5.8 one more qt than need and I was not happy be miles they said that only .3 quart was burn but at the bring the motor take 4.8 of oil and they put 5.8 one more qt than need and I was not happy because car only has 56660 miles and should not be burn oil at all I am going to call corporate to fix my problem !!! I appreciate the listening ear and patience the service staff showed me with my present car issue. They took time to listen to my questions and patiently explained their answers. Blair is condescending and disregards the customers concerns. I felt marginalized as a female customer. It made me never want to buy a Nissan car if this is where I had to bring my car for service. I have had to bring my car in to be fixed for the same thing multiple time until they realized the car needed service. Ie the sunroof motor stopped working reliably and would take 3-4 times of pushing button to get it to close. I had to bring my car in no less than 3 times before the service center saw the problem. This is just one example there are more examples separated by time and space. I have given this service center so many chances. I will no longer use the service center. I would rather drive an hour to Lebanon where the service center is kind and effective. More
