My experience with Hyundai service has always been great, we purchased our vehicle there and always feel we are getting the best service with upfront information about the cost and no gouging. Paul as very conscientious in explaining features of our new palisade, especially setting up all the electronic options that were unfamiliar to us as we are in our mid 70's. He was very tolerant as we went new palisade, especially setting up all the electronic options that were unfamiliar to us as we are in our mid 70's. He was very tolerant as we went thru some things more than once. We had a couple sessions after the sale for some new and some remedial training that was much appreciated. we are really happy with the car and continue to learn. After 5 years of regular service, I was suddenly told I need new spark plugs that should have been changed at 4500 miles!! That was over 70,000 miles ago! Yet, not once was this recommended. Love the buying experience but service is consistently backlogged. The wait is usually several weeks out, and this time it was even longer.
