I drive nearly 30,000 miles a year and trade in about every 12-18 months resulting in 7 cars in those 8 years and substantial interaction with the Service Department for scheduled maintenance. Our experience has always been outstanding both as to the Sales staff (Kyle Sterner and Jeffrey Ober) and Service (Luis, David and Carol). We al This is our second Hyundai that we've purchased from Lancaster Hyundai and we've had the pleasure of working with Jeff Ober, on both occasions. We already had the Santa Fe, so we were considering a sedan. The Hybrid Sonata came up as a potential and Jeff got us a deal that was just phenomenal. Not only would we be driving a greener car, but we saved some green in the process! We greatly enjoy working with him, along with Luis in the service department. Keep up the great work guys! More

Luis was fantastic! I have only ever had my vehicles services at dealerships I've worked for. This is the first time since becoming a stay at home mom I went out to a dif I have only ever had my vehicles services at dealerships I've worked for. This is the first time since becoming a stay at home mom I went out to a different dealer. They have a future customer here. Great Experience! Car buying made fun. Kyle & John worked really hard to help me afford what I really wanted; not what another dealer said I would have to "settle" for Car buying made fun. Kyle & John worked really hard to help me afford what I really wanted; not what another dealer said I would have to "settle" for. I may have driven a few miles further but so glad I went the extra miles as the pricing was better and the sales staff was really patient with me and did not pressure . I had a friend go along & she even got a new car too! I also was show around the dealership for future service as needed. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. More
