My Wife's First New Car Back in 2009 my wife was in the market for a brand new car, even though her current car was less than two years old. We were not even looking for a c Back in 2009 my wife was in the market for a brand new car, even though her current car was less than two years old. We were not even looking for a car the day we drove by Lancaster Hyundai...but we both saw this Accent on the front lot the color of which was very close to the SUV I was driving. I did a u-turn and in we went. We met Kyle Sterner and told him we were thinking of getting a new car. After some conversation, we took the Accent out for a test drive. My wife was not sure of being able to secure a car loan but Kyle said to give him a couple of days. The very next day he called and said her car loan was approved. In April of this year, the Accent saved her life when she was t-boned by a large SUV. The Side air bags did their job and she can out with only minor bruises. The car was totaled and had less than 15,000 miles on it. Knowing the level of service we received when we first bought the car and the top-notch service department, I did some online searching at their website and found a beautiful Certified 2012 Hyundai Elantra - wife wanted something larger than the Accent. Kyle once again helped us...we had to wait for the insurance money to come through and he assured us he would take care of us even if it took a little longer for the check to come in the mail. There was a glitch with the car and Kyle worked with the service department to determine the issue. In a couple of days, all was taken care of. My wife loves the car and about a week later, Kyle contacted us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I have recommended Lancaster Hyundai to co-workers and friends when we picked up the first car in 2009 and will continue to do so. Professional and courteous are just two words but mean the world to a customer! More

Luis was fantastic! I have only ever had my vehicles services at dealerships I've worked for. I may have driven a few miles further but so glad I went the extra miles as the pricing was better and the sales staff was really patient with me and did not pressure . I had a friend go along & she even got a new car too! I also was show around the dealership for future service as needed. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. More
