I took my KONA in for service for the very first time and my service advisor, Michael was very helpful. He was precise in explaining to me what would be checked, etc. and then when the car service was comple my service advisor, Michael was very helpful. He was precise in explaining to me what would be checked, etc. and then when the car service was completed, he again explained in detail what service was performed. Also, a free car wash - YaY - so my hats off to Michel - super experience!! Thank you. More
