I was having issues with my Bluelink service and had called Hyundai customer service several times without them being able to resolve the issue. I decided to go directly to the dealership instead to get called Hyundai customer service several times without them being able to resolve the issue. When every I get my vehicle serviced at Lancaster Hyundai I never feel pressure to get unnecessary services completed. My service rep (Jeri) is knowledgeable and is always willing to work around my schedule I never feel pressure to get unnecessary services completed. My service rep (Jeri) is knowledgeable and is always willing to work around my schedule to get my vehicle in on my schedule. I recently had my vehicle in with the intention of getting some additional services completed while getting my vehicle inspected. My rep honestly advised I wasn’t at the suggested mileage from the last time I got it done. I was advised it could wait until next time I bring my vehicle in for service. That’s the kind of integrity I get there. More
