Paul as very conscientious in explaining features of our new palisade, especially setting up all the electronic options that were unfamiliar to us as we are in our mid 70's. After 5 years of regular service, I was suddenly told I need new spark plugs that should have been changed at 4500 miles!! That was over 70,000 miles ago! Yet, not once was this recommended. Car was brought in for service for a recurring check engine light problem. Technician found no issues with the car related to the light, cleared the code, and took the car for a test drive to ensure engine light problem.
