I had to explain our vehicle/financial situation and he listened carefully, then laid out our options. We had just had a baby, bringing our family size to 6, so we already knew we wanted to look at a Dodge Caravan. Keith laid out both our new and used options, and was able to help us make a good decision. Keith and the Lancaster Dodge finance department worked hard to not just get us a loan, but helped get the price down close to our budget. Keith does not come off as a typical salesman (that's a very good thing), and we never felt pressured to make any decision. We walked in expecting to get a used van, but Keith helped us get a brand new van for not much more than we were expecting to pay for a used one. We now have a very nice 2014 Caravan that our kids love, and with the warranties we know that we will not have to worry about significant repair costs for many years. More
Stopped in on a random day to check out the Dodge Dart GT (2014). We met Keith, very friendly, took it for a test drive, sat down got the numbers. Got the loan amount and was shown all the available options and what our payments will be, chose one, and had a new car within a week. We were also told about the benefits of taking the car back to them for all our service needs. Would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I thought that our experience with Darret was very pleasant. He's very laid back but gives enough time and information to keep you interested. They also were willing to have other vehicles from their other lot brought to their lot for us to see and test drive. More

After reading the previous entries on used car sales and service, I was a bit concerned but they seemed to have the car I wanted in stock, and was running what looked to be good YE clearance prices on Dodge service, I was a bit concerned but they seemed to have the car I wanted in stock, and was running what looked to be good YE clearance prices on Dodge Challengers. I contacted them via internet about their price and models and confirmed it was in stock, I discussed interest rates and trade with them a bit before deciding to drive 1.5 hours to have a look. They were able to match the low interest rate offered by my insurance company, they gave me over 5,000 off sticker, AND gave me top of blue book for my trade so were obviously motivated to sell some cars. The paperwork was quick, and I thought the customer service very good. The car was also all cleaned up when I arrived, no going back to pick it up if I decided to buy it. With this type of purchase, I would buy from them again. More
I regret even walking onto their lot. Truck has been in for repairs 14 times in 5 months. They will NOT make help with ANY of it. This place is a terrible company. I need a hose replaced, when I fist called, it was $398 for the part, then when I called to schedule they said they made a mistake and that the part was $800. So I spoke with my husband and called back again, begrudgingly, since it needed to be done there and they said "oops, sorry it's a $2800 part not including labor, taxes, allignment and whatnot". How? How dodge? I found the same parts online, including OEM parts and you know what? The complete system, including the one rinky dink hose I needed, was $198. The hose only? $31.99 at mydodgeparts. Wow! I know that the economy is hard and that businesses need to charge a certain amount of upcharges, but seriously? Raising a price $1400 just for a $200 part? You should be ashamed of yourself! I have owned 3 dodge durangos, have always been brand loyal since my dad was a mechanic for Dodge for 27 year, but after your terrible customer service and business practices, I will never buy anything made by or sold by Dodge again. It was a hose for Christ's sake, not an engine or a transmission, a hose! More
