1ST OF ALL. I NEVER ASKED TO RETURN THEM. JUST WANTED HIM TO CORRECT THE SQUEAKING SOUND WHEN I TURNED. HE PROMISED HE WOULD CALL ME TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO TO HELP ME. NEVER CALLED BACK. CALLED TWICE AGAIN ONLY TO BE IGNORED. SEEMS HE NEVER WANTED TO HELP
