Broke my seat while fixing the heater core and didn't tell me. Seems like they knew about it because they didn't want to see the broken seat but when I pointed it out the immediately ordered a replacemen tell me. No loaner cars available anytime I drop off my car for repair costing me out of pocket for a rental which is always a week repair or wait.customer service isn't what it used to be even though I'm driving a jeep. Don't trust dealerships to be honest and upfront about their service and my car's needs. Don't believe I truly needed to replace the part and all that was really needed was reprogram the computer system. their service and my car's needs. Doesn't take 45 minutes to reprogram a fob but labor is charged by the hour. More
