I had a couple of conversations with Terri about scheduling and how long the dealership would need to complete bothe the recall work replacing the catalytic converter and diagnosing the engine vibra scheduling and how long the dealership would need to complete bothe the recall work replacing the catalytic converter and diagnosing the engine vibration my car was experiencing. Terri gave clear and accurate estimates of time and cost, and then the dealership was both a little quicker and a little less expensive. Terri answered all my questions and got me back on the road in less than 4 hours. That was a satisfying experience. More

Had oil change & fuel filters and alot of oil was left on the frame that had spotted 3 places on my driveway so much I thought that maybe something wasn't tight so I drove back to the dealership and some Mgr the frame that had spotted 3 places on my driveway so much I thought that maybe something wasn't tight so I drove back to the dealership and some Mgr. came out and said there's a spot on frame that holds drained oil I feel that unacceptable because they cleaned up after I went back. It should have been done at the service not after it was all over my driveway. More
