I have had a problem with my Radio and Back up camera since Oct. 2023 that still has not been addressed. I have called and visited the service department too many times to count and the service writer NE since Oct. 2023 that still has not been addressed. I have called and visited the service department too many times to count and the service writer NEVER calls me back to UPDATE my problem. It is now July 7th, 2024, I have not been to the Dealership since April as I have been working out of town and my time home is limited , still, that should not limit communications from the Service Dept.
