My paperwork was done within a few days and I was in my new truck in time for the weekend! Also worth noting John and the Lamoureux team took the time to include my almost 6 year-old daughter in the process so she felt involved and not bored - because we all know how patient 6 year-olds can be while dealing with paperwork! Great experiience, love my "new to me" car I was in the market for a used small SUV or crossover to trade my 2007 Dodge Nitro. I found that this dealer offered a 2015 Buick Encore and made an a I was in the market for a used small SUV or crossover to trade my 2007 Dodge Nitro. I found that this dealer offered a 2015 Buick Encore and made an appointment for a test drive with Derek Bachand. Derek had the vehicle ready for me (and my elderly mom). After the drive and in the course of our conversation I mentioned the other vehicles I had already tested, a few RAV4's and that I was also interested in the Mazda CX5. They happened to have one that had been a recent trade - it was not yet on their website- and Derek was kind enough to allow me to test drive that vehicle as well. Long story, short, I loved both vehicles I test drove. Both were slightly our of my price range but Derek worked some magic and got me into the Buick. I am very impressed with the Lamoureaux team. Derek introduced us to Marc Lamoureux who took the time to chat with us on two follow-up visits. One visit was for the sticker inspection and when Derek was not available another team member (I am embarrassed that I cannot recall his name) offered to take the vehicle for the inspection. I can't help but think that a team that works that well in each others interests will work as well for the customers interests. More
