I keep coming back because I always have a great experience. My sales person is Marc Kokanski, he is a great guy to deal with,( very low pressure sale.) But it doesn't matter who you deal with, everyone is low key and friendly. If your looking for a pre-owned vehicle you couldn't do better, they only carry top shelve quality vehicles and really stand behind them. The service department is also excellent. New Escape Recently purchased a new Escape - my second - the first was 9 years old when I traded it in. When I was in for an oil change, Sandy Christian asked i Recently purchased a new Escape - my second - the first was 9 years old when I traded it in. When I was in for an oil change, Sandy Christian asked if I might be interested in purchasing a new vehicle. At that time I was not in a position to so; she and Marc Kokansky said they understood and to talk to them when I was ready - No pressure. A few months later I returned, interested in buying a new Escape. They had one on the lot that met most of my specifications and were able to add the few extras I wanted right at the dealership. They also honored their initial trade in value for my existing vehicle. Marc and Peter Stafford handled all the paper work - financing, insurance, registration. After I took possession of the Escape I noticed the A/C was not working. Marc got me an immediate service appointment and the A/C was fixed at that time - freon needed to be added. Markc Lamoureux gave me a gift card to a local restaurant. Am enjoying the new Escape - the features, the pickup, the ride. I have been very satisfied with their service and welcoming attitude the last 9 years. More
