Upon delivery he spent an hour and a half describing and demonstrating every aspect of the vehicles features. His knowledge of every nook and cranny of the SUV was very impressive. In addition, I find that Marc Lamoureux is the most congenial business owner I have seen in years. I have yet to visit for service, ect, and not had a hand shake and a "how are you?" I was referred to Lamoureux by a co-worker who has had great past experiences as well. I have had a few nightmare experiences in the past when it came to cur buying so I am always hesitant and guarded. These guys were the most relaxed, fair, and non-pushy team I have ever dealt with.
