Poor customer experience I brought my F350 to look at the 4 wheel drive. The truck is built and I asked at the time I dropped it off that they not mess with my computer tune. The writer was clear on that and I left the truck. I received a call back from a different service writer who had done no inspections and was curt and borderline rude. He claimed he could do nothing without going into computer and I challenged that. He later stated he could do some visual inspections etc. by that time I had no interest in letting them work on my vehicle. Every advertisement I hear is how great their service is. It’s crap. I stood by and listened to Joe speak the same way to other callers while I was there and they couldn’t find my keys. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. It’s way to far out of the way and they aren’t even close to meeting expectations. More

The first car I bought there I had been to several other dealerships and I got the best deal and the best experience at Lamoureux Ford. Since there I don't even look anywhere else. I just go to Lamoureux Ford because I know I will be treated fairly and get the car I want at a fair price. It is the little touches like moving my husband's wheelchair from the old car to the new car and taking my Jesus decal off the old car and putting it on the new car that make this dealership special. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Basic service can’t even be done. Simple routine Maintenance can’t be performed correctly. Ask for a tire balance and the steering wheel shakes even worse now.
