No Hassle, No Pressure, Right Truck, Perfect! I always searched for the truck I wanted online and would go to the dealership that had the vehicle on the lot. Since then, I have purchased from other dealers that had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I can't say that my buying experience was the same. Through the nine years since my first purchase at Lamoureaux Ford, they have remained in contact with a simple letter every year. No sales pitch or great deals, just a letter asking for consideration with my next purchase. This year it was time for a new truck and even though I knew Lamoureaux Ford did not have the exact truck I wanted in stock, I gave them another try. Needless to say, I met Matt Fox who simply asked what I was looking for. He found the exact truck I wanted, without extras that I did not want to pay for, in about thirty minutes. There was no hassle with the price as the dealer discount was generous and trade in value offered for my truck was what I had hoped to get without even asking. They even applied a factory rebate that I was unaware of due to my trade! They handled everything from the sale to the inspection sticker. The employees I dealt with were professional yet truly friendly and communication was excellent.
